This policy outlines the conditions under which purchases made from Adnimble are eligible for a full refund.

1. 100% Refund Eligibility: Mandatory Conditions

Adnimble offers two primary, strict conditions for a full refund on the purchase of digital products (sheets, templates, tools, and software):

A. Delivery Guarantee (1-Hour Rule):

If the digital product access link or download instructions are not delivered to the email address provided by the customer at checkout, or made available in their account dashboard, within one (1) hour of successful payment confirmation, the customer is eligible for a full, unconditional refund upon request.

B. Product Functionality Guarantee:

If a purchased product (tool, template, or software) is demonstrably non-functional or corrupt and cannot be used for its intended purpose, the customer is eligible for a full refund, subject to the conditions in Section 2.

2. Refund Process and Protection Clauses

To ensure a smooth process and protect Adnimble from fraudulent claims, the following conditions apply:

3. Non-Refundable Situations (Exceptions)

Due to the nature of digital goods, a refund will generally not be granted in the following cases:

  • The customer changes their mind after downloading the product.
  • The customer bought the product by mistake.
  • The product did not meet the customer’s personal expectations (provided the product functions as described).
  • The customer has successfully downloaded or accessed the product but claims they did not receive it.
  • The customer has lost the downloaded product after receiving the initial working link.

4. How to Request a Refund

  2. Reason for Refund: (e.g., “Delivery Failed – 1 Hour Passed” or “Product [Name] is Non-Functional”)

Adnimble will process eligible refunds within 3-5 business days of approving the request. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
